The last minute switch from my desired pickup location to a new location because the desired truck size was not available made me incur a $35 uber fare. The furniture store location that was provided by U-Haul for pickup was not there! There was a 7-11 and barber shop at this address. When I called the local U-Haul phone number, they informed me that they had moved. I had to pay for another uber to the new location which was a furniture store, but with a different name. Also, my rate changed twice. The truck was fine, but I will look for other options if I have to rent again. Also note that the moving help partners suggested by uhaul were great.
