U-Haul corporate needs to figure somethings out. We were contacted 1 day after we booked our 26 foot truck and told we would have to drive 20 minutes to get a truck. After 30 minutes on the phone a truck was located. And then the Tuesday before pick up we were contacted and told we would have to go to a different location. Maybe U-Haul needs to not move trucks around when you already have rental agreements on them. Shannon at Dun Gud was amazing to work with! U-Haul corporate not so much!
