John BThe Owners of the location are fine. But Uhaul check in and Return Procedures are terrible. Will likely go to Penske next time. Also when I go into a place that rents I prefer to pickup at that location not be sent to three other locations
Larry CVery inconvenient pick up area as we where arriving at the airport. Originally had pick up scheduled across from the airport (twice) and corporate kept changing it to this location. Don't understand why they couldn't position one where I originally requested pick-up, had ample time to do so. Had to drop it off the night before intended because there was no way to make sure that we could make our flight the next morning. Not to mention the additional cost and time having to be hauled around town. Dealing with your app to check in and out is ridiculous, you should be discounting the rental or paying me to do someone's job!
