the mobile option, was too much work. and the referral of a friend to verify me when u have my ID was totally not expected delayed my rental process and unneccessary to do.

Horrible check-in and checkout process was not able to upload photos of the vehicle. Not having a person there and doing it all online is a complete failure at this location.

PARIS MThe way the parking area was organized made it difficult to leave. Cell reception at the facility was poor, so perhaps add WiFi for customers and / or reduce the amount of data sent per transaction.
