Truck was very helpful. There is s vacuum leak on the ac, when you go up a hill, it stops blowing out of the vents and blows out of the defrost. Thank you for the mobile pickup and drop off.

They were Awesome! This was our first experience to pull a trailer like this. We had a safe trip and experience. Check in was easy. I did it online. I also called to insure I did things correctly. The agent, Mrs Hamby was very kind and knowledgeable about the procedure and your products. Check out was also very easy as long as you follow the prompts. Glenn RIt was fine but dealing with a ring doorbell is a bit strange. If it’s an autonomous drop off I would suggest a large sign explaining the process. I pulled up. Sat there a few min. Walked up to the shed, rang the bell and had a conversation with the doorbell who said to unload the trailer and she would complete my contact. I unloaded. Sat there a few more min. Walked back to the shed rang the doorbell. No response so I took pictures of the trailer for my protection and then left. Since I’m getting this survey I assume I’m done.
