Katherine WRental was several miles farther than where I reserved a truck. Took 25 minutes to check out and obtain my truck rental. Agent requested a second phone number which I supplied, then asked for an additional phone number. Not sure why U-Haul needed 3 phone numbers. I had requested 2 dozen moving pads. Agent called the night before my pick up and said they only had 8 pads. Rental agreement listed 6 pads - need to be in increments of 6 - agent spent way too much time trying to add 2 pads to the order. We gave up and I gave the agent $2 for two extra pads. Truck was not broom cleaned.
