Need to have tongue jacks on the larger trailer. Very difficult to lift on and off the ball even with two people.

They were supposed to be open for drop off but they were closed. That was the only reason that location was picked for drop off.
James MThe APP needs significant improvements, including a bullet list of directions (pick-up/return) on page one before starting interactive process. I had problems with APP responsiveness for both pick-up & return. I selected pick-up and it did not respond and got hung up. Had to have individual at location assist. Same thing happened upon return. However, it was after hours. So I turned in keys so I could get home. Then the APP finally connected to start return process, including requesting photos of interior. I had already returned keys. So I did best I could. Please contact me if you have questions or need more details and suggestions.
