When I went to pick up the truck on Dec 21, I was met with a sign that said "Closed for Christmas" -- through January 3! Fortunately, a call to 1-800-GO-UHaul completed the pickup transaction. I got a key from their lock box and was on my way. In the future, I will use Champion Storage in Mountain City. They're good folks, and they're actually open when they say they are!

Gregory Yalthough the inside was cleaned out with a leaf blower, the inside floor and walls were very dirty and left black marks on anything touching floor and lower walls.
Barbara ZThe guys here were there for me when I had a short timeframe and was a walk in customer; however, the do not know how to explain billing and just told me “it’s in your email.” The process seems to be well automated, but more training might help with the customer experience. To be clear, these guys were helpful and courteous, but we had some trouble communicating which was frustrating for both parties.
