To start- our pick up location was not communicated to us and we specifically picked the location for mileage. Thank God the gentlemen t t the flowers location - I think his name was Bobby helped us find a way closer location and saved us $. Then our blankets were not on the truck and we paid for them. We called and are getting a refund. The truck was not swept when we got it. There were small pieces of glass in there and screws I guess from the last movers. Just not an ideal situation. The location was fine no issues - it was agentless so that was a bit different - not a fan of that but the experience with U-Haul could have been better.
Cristina BOnly one person there, his first day. Left trailer on side of road due to lack of communication and help unhooking and knowledge of employee. I had to lift a 1800lb trailer off of my hitch alone and leave the tongue sitting on the ground. Good luck to the next person hooking up to that trailer. If zero stars were an option this location would have it.
