The truck was filthy and hard to see out the windows because they were so dirty. The truck had low mileage yet sounded like it could have broken down at any moment! Was very grateful when arrived at final destination!
RAE LI was changed locations for pickup, the van I requested I could not use because it “wasn’t technically returned from previous user”. Sat on the phone for 15 mins waiting to talk to someone live. Only 1 other vehicle there. A box truck. Said I would get it for sale price. I was charged more.

GREGORY MOnly complaints are van had faulty tire air pressure gauge that kept alerting one tire at 0 and the other at 54… and also kept flashing it needs oil changed. Customer service was great though and would use them again.
