I was changed locations for pickup, the van I requested I could not use because it “wasn’t technically returned from previous user”. Sat on the phone for 15 mins waiting to talk to someone live. Only 1 other vehicle there. A box truck. Said I would get it for sale price. I was charged more.

GREGORY MOnly complaints are van had faulty tire air pressure gauge that kept alerting one tire at 0 and the other at 54… and also kept flashing it needs oil changed. Customer service was great though and would use them again.
