The truck was great. Customer service was excellent. I accidentally reserved for the wrong day and they were happy to look for different places for the truck size we needed and we ended up renting a larger one they had. The only downside was the appliance dolly they had was bent at the bottom where the appliance is supposed to sit and it made it difficult to use. We were happy we were only moving one appliance. I will rent from them again.
