First time using the app went ok. I originally had reserved one from another location that allowed me to choose 7PM pick up even though I could not pick it up there. Was able to fairly quickly get switched to another location close by to complete my reservation and rental.

The truck was great. Customer service was excellent. I accidentally reserved for the wrong day and they were happy to look for different places for the truck size we needed and we ended up renting a larger one they had. The only downside was the appliance dolly they had was bent at the bottom where the appliance is supposed to sit and it made it difficult to use. We were happy we were only moving one appliance. I will rent from them again.
