I didn’t order the insurance but there was a charge for it. The people were very friendly and helpful. Maybe the insurance charge was a mistake

Of course the app was still messed up so the gentleman at this location went above and beyond in taking care of us and making sure everything got done properly. He was much appreciated.
Neil BVery small place. Hard to get the rental up the very steep embankment driveway. Renters could not access the corporate site and had to photocopy my information and merely promised to delete my information after they were finally linked into the corporate website.
