A&J Glass is outstanding. Amy and Jeff made up for some bad issues with U-Haul. The main issue is that their weekend operating hours are NOT correct (Amy had asked for this to be updated but they were not). I made plans (and even completed a reservation online) based on published hours, and Amy called me as soon as she saw the reservation. I had to scramble to adjust my plans and as a result the COST OF THE RESERVATION DOUBLED. I put this squarely on U-Haul, not A&J. To add insult to financial injury, Amy had asked U-Haul to suggest an alternate drop-off location because their lot was full. I was not notified. I spent 15 minutes backing the trailer into the one open spot, around other equipment. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL U-HAUL corporate. I will take all of this into consideration whenever I need rentals in the future.

Great. Service
MARY CArrived for pickup as scheduled; no mention was made about having to use 24/7 service. It took about 45 minutes to complete the pickup. After arriving at home, I opened the back of the truck to give access to the loaders. The 12 moving blankets I paid for WERE NOT in the truck.
