Make sure at check in to have all my information. Contact Google map and correct location on map app. I had a bit of trouble getting the right information. The address is odd. Highway 7 is a north south route.

I had to drive 2 hours to Clinton, MO to pick up the equipment. I was told to expect a call before 5 pm on 07/30/25. I received a call at 7:10pm on 07/30/25 (when they close) and was told that I was going to have to drive 2 hours for the equipment the next day. They did, however, help me hook up my car to the tow dolly.
WILLIAM HOnly problem was knowing where to leave the truck, but overall a very easy experience and easy to find.
Martin BThe app says to go to McCullough Tire, but doesn’t give the address. It just says E Hwy 7. Then when you search for McCullough Tire, “maps” can’t find it either. Had to call in to get the address.
JANIS MUnsure why Uhaul sent us to a location almost 18 miles away to return our truck when there were 2 locations within 5 miles. Need more good live help less apps that are frustrating.
