There was no one there who could run the UHAUL transaction when I first arrived. I had to wait an hour or two for another person to come back to the store. He was able to do the transaction with ease.

Truck wasn’t ready for pickup. Had to cancel first order and reorder another truck and sit on the phone with the manager to make sure it went through. Person behind the counter didn’t want to help and had a terrible attitude
John GThe person basically just told me to leave the trailer and his manager would look at it the next day. He didn't seem to know much. I believe if I had done exactly what he said, nothing more nothing less, that I would have been charged a fee according to Uhaul policy. Instead, I used the app to process the return, which worked okay. The person at the location never mentioned doing that. In his defense, the location is a gas station/convenience store, and I believe that was his main purpose in working there, and it was a Sunday. I believe he had minimal training if any for the Uhaul part of the business. Would I recommend the location? Maybe, but not on the weekend.
