we did an after hour drop off on a Sunday. We recorded the time with photos and turned the trailer in at 9:45am....our followup receipt from Uhaul showed 4:46 pm and additional day of rent. i called Uhail 800 service line and the fee was credited.

We went to pick up during our scheduled pickup time and could not get into after hours box as instructed the day before. Had to wait an hour for location to open in order to pick up truck.
