It was just very inconvenient all the apps that you have to go through unlike just reserving going to the counter, getting the keys, showing them your drivers license and then returning them and getting charged and then you’re done the process has become ridiculous. Taking all these pictures before after none of that was before like that The process was just hectic and then you have to be there so you can’t just have someone else pick the truck up you have to be there it’s just very inconvenient.

The truck was tired and they over charged me. Would not go to the location on Harper & 15 Mike road in Clinton township.

STEPHEN GPickup location was convenient and pickup through app was a very easy process. That being said, the truck came with very little gas initially but my trip was so short I was able to manage. Upon returning the truck and receiving my invoice I noticed $60 in charges for fuel and refueling. Charging me for fuel that was never there seems a bit unfair. Again, very easy process but I was charged notably more than I expected and will certainly think twice the next time I need a rental.
John CYour online process is disgusting. I called and reserved ahead and waited over an hour doing all the things you need to do that you already had information about except taking pictures of the vehicle inside and out. Could you make it a little easier?
