Original return location listed on my contract refused to take the trailer back. They were not helpful and had zero interest providing the service as per the contract. They claimed they did not have room and were extremely rude and flippant. I had to contact customer service to coordinate an alternate drop off location (Amoco).

Dolly was not in the truck at beginning of rental.. chat with representative about it when picked up
Travell HI was not reimbursed for the trailer being dropped off a day early. They also were not going to remove the trailer from the truck.
Aimee LThe truck itself was clean and the check-in through the app was straightforward, which I appreciated. However, the wait time was horrible and very frustrating. On top of that, the key to the truck was placed in the wrong box, which caused additional delays. The back of the truck was also extremely difficult to open and even harder to close. Overall, the experience could have been much smoother with better organization and equipment maintenance.
Cherand HThere were some major damage spots on the driver's side of the uhaul and The tire light was on. I had to call customer service because I was overcharged for my fuel usage. I went 13 miles total. The fuel was at a 1/4 of a tank when we started and in the same spot when I was done. Someone changed my fuel to an 1/8 of a tank. Hopefully they will take care of it. I have pictures as proof of my usage.
