Don’t go to this location. I only did because U-Haul offered me a free upgrade to a bigger truck if I did. The truck itself was fine. The people at the auto shop not so much. They are not polite or helpful. The parking lot is tiny and full of used cars. The trucks are tightly parked toward the back and getting one out around the for sale cars is ridiculous. They don’t bring the truck out either and they will not give you any information. You show up, no hello, they go to the computer, don’t say a word, you start the whole process over that you did online already and then they hand you a key. The messed up the first contract and shredded it and then just got up to get me the keys. When I asked about the new contract and signing it he said “it’s already signed” ummmm? I didn’t sign anything so whatever. To make matters worse I was over charged 20 miles. Thankfully, U-Haul sorted that out for me. Stay away from this location! If you need to use it or they offer you a deal to, and have questions, call U-Haul for all your needs.

Did a mobile drop off. The personnel would not help with the drop off. Told me I had to figure it out on my own
Jeremiah CThe Uhaul was completely blocked in by 2 other trucks.
Koreen HThe equipment was clean but the check engine light came on. This is a very small lot so when I pulled in I could not move around one of the workers at Daniel Auto sale grabbed the key and pull the truck forward and said "your done" I asked if I can continue with the photos needed for the app he said no your done so once he stopped the truck I continued to take photos he was not pleased.
Robert mThey didn't help me un hook it. They told me to park it close to another truck then I can drive forward a bit then back out. He said I should fit throught it and get out.
