I am not impressed with uhaul wanting it's customers to use all their time checking in and out on my phone " I am not an employee of uhaul ! U haul needs to employee people for these duties and standard business operations

The location was closed when we dropped it off. We also drove by this location and went to the location in Cloverdale. After finding out we were at the wrong location we had to drive back to the proper location. By going to the wrong location I exceeded my miles by almost 15 miles. Maybe a sign saying Stop 231 at this location would have helped.
