Representative was polite and friendly. Processed things quickly, However I was renting an auto trailer and he just directed me to the back area where the trailers were. I was expected to connect the trailer myself and then drive to the front for him to take a picture of the hook up. Though I was able to do this without issue, it's not what I expect from U-Haul.

Excellent customer service
SHANING MThe employees were very friendly and professional but I expected the inside of the trucks to be cleaner compared to previous locations I’ve used. They were still clean enough to use without trouble. Also, they did not have furniture pads which I was charged for through the app. They said U-Haul lets you order them but don’t check with the individual location to see if they actually have the equipment desired. I suggest getting your own dollies/equipment if that’s the case.
