No huge complaints, but customers should only use this location if they are willing to use all of the self-serve functions in the app and do all of the hooking or un-hooking on their own.

Jacob LI handed key to the clerk at the convenience store around 4:30pm. No one checked the vehicle at that time. It was unclear what the process was. By 7:30pm, UHaul had emailed a receipt noting the check in time and that all equipment was returned, proper fuel level and mileage. As it should be, there were no additional charges. So, I was happy.
CORY HGrass in dire need of mowing. Location personnel don't normally help to unload customers cars, but they took pity on me and helped 😉. Nassar was very nice to me, I'm grateful. On a different subject your van sucks!! The only good thing was the a/c. Ride quality was horrible, no cruise control, radio sucked and the driver side mirror kept vibrating out of place. Most miserable drive ever!!!
