Issue with Uhaul gas reader. The particular truck's engine light was on. Even with store being remodeled, the owner was prompt and proactive.

Clearly have in the website that it is accessible due to key drop box only. The location was closed and at first I didn’t notice the drop box.

Marilynn RTruck had check engine light, barely wanted to shift into gear and there was no dolly
MERISSA FRepresentative was polite and friendly. Processed things quickly, However I was renting an auto trailer and he just directed me to the back area where the trailers were. I was expected to connect the trailer myself and then drive to the front for him to take a picture of the hook up. Though I was able to do this without issue, it's not what I expect from U-Haul.
