the providing location conducted a bait and switch, I wanted an auto transport like the one i rented pulling my son's car to Cobleskill NY. I conveyed this to STARS rep many times, instead I was provided a toy hauler too heavy for my towing needs and overpriced. STARS wanted to do all the paperwork over the phone as STARS people were not present at 4 pm pickup, also they hidden the trailer in the dark covered in the snow and had me hook it up. by the time I realized I had the wrong trailer the shop was closed. I was on schedule to get back to Pensacola, FL. I was defrauded by stars with the wrong trailer, over charged and I will file compliant with the DEPT of Transportation about wrong trailer size provided by U-Haul that was not compatible with my truck. The picture in the app looks to similar to the auto transport. this was a case of bait and switch by STARS

The representative at the location I went to get the truck was very friendly and he was welcoming one of the nicest representatives I’ve met in all my moves
CYNTHIA HI called prior to make sure if we dropped off the U-Haul after they closed I had instructions. We wound up dropping it off at 4:30 the sign said open I had to call to have somebody come in from another side of the building to take care of us. The process is slightly delayed as he was on another call for a broke down truck.
