Great service
Douglas BHave the personnel to explain that the customer needs to open up the app that they're going to send right away so that they can take pictures or overlook what they're using before leaving the yard also I have rented at U-Hauls before and the place in Peterborough they actually hook up the trailer for you and everything where this place did not hook up the trailer I had to do it all
Chad PI wasn't told how the cost works and ended up paying more then expected. That said the staff were excellent and professinal

She provided me with some options and solutions if I found the trailer size would not work for me. Fortunately I did not require an upgrade but it was comforting to know that she had my back.
