The truck we rented had a lot of dings and dents including a drivers seat with a huge hole in it. Crumbs on the dash etc. We commented that we were thankful we were just going to Costco to pick up a sectional sofa and not trying to go too far in that truck. :) But it got the job done.

Maybe check the tires before sending trailers out the door. No fun driving with a flat trailer tire. Wheels on trailer locked up several times. Poorly maintained equipment.

The staff we picked up the rental from was great, polite, efficient, and professional. When we returned the vehicle we informed the front desk associate that there was a major leak in the "attic" and that it saturated and ruined 3 large boxes (we were able to remove the contents and dry w/o damage) she appeared very uninterested, only telling us that returns were handled outside. When we interacted with the associate outside he asked if there were any problems with the rental, we again informed of the leak and the resulting damage, his reply, OK. My wife stated that they didn't seem to care all that much about the problem and could they at least replace the boxes. His reply, "It's not my fault, I didn't know the attic leaked when before it was sent out". I understand that damage occurs and that things happen, we didn't ask for a discount or a free rental, just for 3 large boxes. we didn't even get an associate that seemed concerned or bothered that there was a significant leak in your equipment. Highly disappointed with the lack of customer service while returning the truck.

the 5x8 cargo trailer only had tie off rings right down on the floor. They are useless to secure an item to the wall. there was no way to secure our sofa so it slid back and forth inside the trailer. there needs to be tie off rings installed about two feet above the floor so a person can secure an object. the existing system is useless.

Get your shit together and realize that the customer is not responsible for the ability of your company to get equipment where it is needed and by forcing a customer to relocate a vehicle for your convenience you are breaking the rental agreemen.

Allow time to go to the inside counter for pickup and drop-off! Their mobile app is so glitchy and clunky that it is not worth using (I tried). During check-in, the app kicked me out and made me start over. Then halfway through it announced that there was "No Network Connection" (I had 4 bars on my cell phone). I went inside. On checkout, because it was after hours, I had to use the app. It again kicked me out halfway through, again had a "No Network Connection" error message, but finally completed. The process of documenting the location of the truck, the condition of the truck, the mileage and fuel level take way too much time. If you go inside, they do all of that for you.
