I was told at the desk that the gas guage was stuck at half a tank but would go down once it passed half a tank. I wondered why they would still rent it out or offer me a different rental. I asked how i would keep track? I guess that i would have to write the milage down when i gassed up? I am appalled that i was treated like this!!! I will look elsewhere next time.

They did not adequately attach the trailer to the car and it popped off the hitch and damaged the car. Now I have to deal with an insurance claim to get the car fixed.
