The last time I used this location, they assigned a truck still covered in snow and did nothing to have it in good shape for the customer. I had not come to the location prepared to clean snow off the vehicle. Fortunately, I had a scraper and broom in my regular car.. However, this, the second time, the truck turned over was in good shape and ready to operate fortunately. I would rather not use this location, but the one in my own town never seems to have the truck I need available.

There was no power but they managed well.
Danny BThere was a box spring and bed frame left in the back of the truck from the previous use. The guy working wasn’t made aware of a pick up to use the truck cleaned of snow and ready for use when we arrived.
MICHAEL CThe pickup was scheduled at 10:00 a.m. I arrived promptly and it took 45 minutes to be issued my U-Haul they were experiencing massive computer issues could not print a receipt or a contract to provide to me. The vehicle was covered in snow so I had to use my personal snow brush to get the snow off. Your app was failing to allow me to take any pictures. I attempted to contact support and said I would have be on hold for over 45 minutes so I just left. The gentleman and interstate wasn't at fault seem to be a computer issue on U-Hauls end.
Michael PI don’t feel like it’s professional to make the customer scrape ice and sweep snow off the rental truck. It was not snowing at the time of pick-up and some trucks had cleared windshields, just not the one assigned to me. Otherwise service was prompt and decent.
