Their lot was not plowed so the truck kept getting stuck. It looked like there had not been people there for days. I cleaned that truck for an hour. Better than the condition I received it in. The seal for the back door is garbage and got dirt, mud, salt, etc on my home items. I swept it all out. There was a tiny bit of a mud smear that I left. Not even 3ft long and swept majority of it away. They charged me 100 bucks to clean that. If more dirt got in there after I cleaned it, that's not on me. That's on your faulty uhual seal. But when I called uhual customer service, they thought paying 100 bucks for that was crazy too when they saw the pictures of the mud spot.

KRISTI AAfter having my initial reservation switched to a location an additional 42 miles farther north after an 8 hour drive. I then had to drive another 30 miles north to the next town to pick up a trailer light adapter. So that I would be allowed to take the trailer I had been promised. Adding an additional 2 hours of driving, 10 gallons of gas at $6.59 a gallon up there and a $15 purchase for a trailer adapter I was not told I would need otherwise I would have brought one from home saving the money and the additional time. Causing an excess in spending of $80 on an already expensive trip.
Travis MSo happy to have a drop off location in this area. They location was not open, had to use the app. Struggled with the app since we had never used before. Only selected personnel was not helpful because we did not interact with anyone.
