Make sure customers physically clean out trucks and someone check I rented a truck and could not use it because somebody belongs were still on it.
Angeline GThe appliance dolly wasn’t in the truck as stated and the customer service sent me to 2 different locations but they didn’t have any either and waisted miles and gas for me. Extremely not happy, especially after customer service hung up on me after the 3rd call but never even called back to say it was a mistake (very unprofessional)
ALYCIA HThis location was hard to find, the person who answered their phone was VERY hard to understand (thick foreign accent), and the location was sketchy, I did not feel safe.
Carrie CHaving to reserve your truck on the app is time consuming and frustrating and not user friendly. I should be able to go to a U-Haul location and simply rent a truck with a representative and pick it up at the same location.
