the whole experience was very nice. Vince's Auto was conveniently located for where we were moving things from and to. The rental and return were both very simple.
Sam CA better self pick up process. I still had to go inside and find someone to get the keys. Also it Is very hard to get the odometer in focus for a picture enter drop off.
DAVID PThe shop owner was nice. But I will suggest he move the pretty looking Mustang and other nice cars away from where the trailers have to be backed into. I ended up having to disconnect the trailer and push it back into place manually so I could see the cars parked close by and not scratch them with the trailer.
Robert REverything went well but it took a while to get the contract sorted before I could take the truck - the server was taking a long time to load. It sounds like it was an issue and U-Haul's end with their server system. Everything else went smooth.
