I dropped my rental off on the designated day and received an email on 6/8/20 that it was dropped off two days late. This is absolutely incorrect and I had the person at the drop off location initial and date my receipt specifically for this reason. If I'm charged two extra days I'll never use Uhaul again.

Due to low stock of vehicles, A&D gave away my reserved vehicle to a walk-in customer right before our scheduled time. The good news is that they eventually found another vehicle for us, the bad news was that it delayed our packing and departure by approximately 2-3 hours.

Don't think we should be charged this much for 1/4 tank of gas. In rural area late at night and not able to access gas station with this large truck that we didn't order to start with. Because of this I would rate my experience as awful. Location at night was hard to locate.

My issue with this location is that I was due a refund of $72.10 due to being overcharged on U-Haul's website and as of 3 weeks later, I still have not received this credit and cannot get an answer at this location. The one time I did get someone to answer, I was told he could not help and that his daughter would call me back in a few minutes. I never got that phone call but I did receive someone else's contract with their private information in an email from that location later that night. This tells me she got my message and must've been looking at my contract, and then she sent me someone else's private information and STILL DIDN'T RESOLVE MY ISSUE OR CALL ME BACK. I filed a complaint with U-Haul this Monday and was told I'd hear back from the regional manager in that area in 72 hours and I have still not gotten a phone call. I know it's not a huge amount of money, but it's my money. I'm currently on hold now with a 2nd uhaul representative while she's trying to reach out to the manager of this location. Big shock turns out they closed it without resolving it and the Area Field Manager never reached out to me. It's now been reopened but I do not expect to ever receive the money I am owed. At this point, I would sell my furniture or move it a carload at a time before I ever rented another truck from this company.

I had a pretty bad experience from the U-Haul in Collins, MS. First of all the lady was not there at my scheduled pick up appointment and when she arrived she had literally rolled out of bed and was in skimpy shorts and a tank top. She was very apologetic and helped me...I thought. I had reserved the truck with a dolly and didn't realize it wasn't there once I got to my destination, which was 20 miles away. She told me I could drop it off at a closer location. Once I realized there wasn't a dolly I called the closer location and I was told I could pick it up from there, i also called the location in Collins but she didn't answer. Once I went to the location in Magee I had best encounter with a gentleman named CA Smith...a God-sent Angel! He informed me that the dolly was never included and that the young lady had never included that I could drop the truck off in Magee and if I did I would have to pay an additional $100! But Mr. Smith worked his magic and didn't stop until it was made possible. You see I had only put as many miles in my contract that didn't include me going back to Collins which meant additional money which would put me in a bind, I was moving after all. CA Smith is an asset to your company and he made sure I had a smooth experience. Thanks CA Smith!
