Breaks were locking up, had to wait for tow truck to arrived, lost half a day of time. They did not offer any kind of reimbursement, or added time that was lost. Would NOT recommend renting from this location!

Christie Gtruck had no air conditioning, place was a mess, staff was not very friendly or helpful, they spent 20 minutes trying to find the keys for the replacement truck and after they finally found them they stood around serving other customers not related to uhaul services and then finally gave the keys to us without saying so much as thank you or we are sorry for the delay.
