Great customer service the uhaul rep Brandon was very helpful and even took the time to make sure every tail light on my trailer was working properly before i left the lot. the whole pick up process was super easy i was in and out in less then 15 mins i will happily use this location again.

CHRISTOPHER PAgent at location ensured me that the truck was ready to go and would operate efficiently. This was not the case and it was obvious to me this person was not truthful. . Air conditioner went off and on the whole trip. Every thirty minutes or so the fan would just quit operating making the cab of the truck very warm. It would then cool it off a bit and then the process would repeat itself. Traveling such a long distance through states with very warm temperatures was not ideal. Also, noticed the oil gauge kept falling on the low side. Praise God I did not encounter a problem with that. All and all I made it home safe but this rental was not the best experience. Thank you.
