While they were nice, they did not know what they were doing. First they could not access the computer to process my order so they had to call someone on the phone to process it. Second, they did not have the utility dolly I ordered for my one way trip. It is really hard to fill a 20 ft truck with out the benefit of a dolly. They could not direct me to a location that would provide a replacement, just saying drive to one and ask. I did that and had to wait while the second location worked with a different customer renting a storage unit. I sat there 20 minutes only to be told they were a satellite location and did not have access to adding to an order and they could not rent a dolly to go one way. Very frustrating.
