Noelle was extremely rude when I explained my situation i didnt want to be charged the $20 fee as I was not there when the truck was dropped off so we couldn’t scan in with the bar code because I didnt have reception to receive the code she said you didnt have reception on the parking lot, again I said I was not there at drop off. She said the uhaul person would be in later but refused to provide her name. This is the worst customer service I have experienced with any uhaul. I will never recommend this location to anyone..

Sheridan RI'm pissed that I was charged $20 after I returned the car after using it only 4 hours, scanned the code, took a pic of the odometer and still got charged.
