Our truck sounded rough and seemed to have issues shifting gears. We only needed the truck for a couple of hours and were back within that time. We got charged for 2 days because the app wouldn't let us return the truck and even though they have cameras and the keys were dropped off before our 8:15 cutoff, it didn't count as being checked in until someone got in the next day. I'm so glad it was only a few extra hours but still unsure how 4:15pm to 9am the following day is 2 days if the truck was in the store's possession by 7pm. That said, the owner/employee we met with was helpful but we called and haven't gotten a response about the more than double charge for the rental (we got charged twice for insurance as well).

It was closed on a Tuesday and the entry was too small for towing a trailer. I would not reccommend. But the turn in on the application was easy and only took a few minutes. So the overall experience was not bad and was very quick.
Michael DThe location is hard to find. The office area is dirty and unorganized. It looks worse than a used car office. But the young man who waited on me was very helpful and kind.
