I rented hereto check in at a counter in case there were issues. No sign, one truck in the alley, no physical office, no one answered the phone, UHaul could t even get ahold of them, no blankets in truck that I ordered so I had to drive to get more and pay for them twice which kept my movers waiting and resulted in me paying extra hour. Absolute WORST experience renting from your company. I am a frequent renter but will rethink renting from you again. This third party supplier shouldn’t be allowed to rent. One truck haha. Such a bad experience.
