On Academy in Colo springs awesome, where picked up trailer on chelton loop informative. Still have truck tried to add an extra day. Am 64 unloading with young daughter,is difficult. At Waco drop off durham nc where returned trailer a day early, said no money back on early return. Really? , They also told me couldn't extend it a day before hand. I have extended it a day on two separate times before. Is this a new policy? Last was 4 years ago when I first moved to Colorado Springs I just called n it was extended by a day. I called CS to extend the said needed contact drop off local.Now if one cant do that wouldn't they have mentioned it? I am aregular uhaul customer n this issue may be the last time I rent from yous.
