A rodent ran across in front of me as I was exiting the place. Our stated drop off place on the paper work was Iowa City, IA which was many miles from where we needed to return the trailer. The agent in here said we could drop it off anywhere. That was not true because the agent could not call it up on her computer and had to call the agent in IA City and get the information sent to her. In addition the agent in IA City had to get the fee for change of drop off waved. In addition the facility in Ankeny is small and really did not nave room for another trailer.

SHKAK YI went 15 miles and was charged 160$ the gas tank was full when I returned it and they said it was all most on empty. I'll go back tomorrow for a refund.
