The inside of the windshield was grungy and needed to be cleaned but other than that the truck was clean and in ready to go. The uhaul computer system is a mess. It did not work when I went on line to make the reservation. I had to wait a day to call and make the reservation over the phone. Sometimes the app was down too. The uhaul system was down when I picked up so it took a while to get it squared away. The lady that helped me was great though.
