The associate at the rental location had no knowledge on how to explain charges. I was charged almost $100 more than the initial quote , and then double charged without explanation. The equipment failed on me, resulting in me, unable to utilize the last day of rental that I was charged for. Better training for all dealers who rent your equipment for you. My experience could’ve been better with the proper traininig.

APRIL WThey didn’t make sure the trailer had trailer lights that worked. The process took 4 hours instead of maybe an hour that it should’ve taken originally.
