The staff told me that he didn't take trailers. Then he told me to park it in front of another business.
SCOTT GEverything was great but the price. I think for that short of a distance and time it was very expensive to rent such a small truck. I’ve had rentals in the past that was triple the distance and time but the price wasn’t that far off. It’s disappointing because U-Haul is a great company. But the fees and everything added on to this trip just wasn’t worth it.
