My rental was returned 3 1/2 hours earlier than I reported. I was charged for the entire length of time that was estimated I needed for the trip. I'm not sure if this property has a different set of rules from other U-Haul rentals, or if they are all the same. I was charged for the entire length of time, I estimated but I was told I would only be charged for the length of time I had the truck. I was quoted one price but charged another. It's not a big problem, but fairness and honesty should be a priority in a business. Store associates very friendly and respectful.
