They did not have any pads which I had ordered. The rental person signed the agreement for me without my knowledge.

The guy that I checked in with was good. But because it was at a convenience store we were interrupted several times with him having to wait on customers verses handling our business with the truck rental. So when I was there on time it took at least 20 to 25 minutes before I actually had the keys in my hands. I only had a 2 hour window to do what I needed to do, and that held it up a little.

Jason SThe ratings are for the final location. The initial location would be rated quite differently. At the original location The trailer was not ready to be rented. It was blowing fuses which were blamed on my vehicle, by staff locked in by "procedure." The paperwork was not accepted and I was originally locked out again by "procedure." All in all a horrible experience.
