Terrible service by Uhaul corporate. Reserved truck at preferred location. Was never told I would have to pick it up at a different location until I arrived at preferred location. That service agent found my truck across town. He called, they said come get the truck. I tried to call in route, no answer. I drive to location, difficult to find behind a run-down convenience store. Tried to call again, no answer. Finally found location. First person inside did not speak English, pointed to another person. Took about 15 minutes to finish paperwork. Truck dirty outside, parked oddly so that it was difficult to remove from location. Truck then has issues on the journey, engine light came on close to home. Transmission had to be left in "Tow/Haul" or truck would not pull away from a stop. If there was a competitor rental company, I would use them. Not my first truck rental.

The Indian guy, owner, makes u come behind the counter and makes u type in all information on the computer without explaining any of the contract rules. His big pet roach climbed the wall as I was typing.

You should not have to enter your information into the pick up locations computer. Someone there should be proficient at this task.

The location's computer did not work. The person did not help me make sure the trailer was on my truck safely and as a result, it fell off while I was going down the highway. It was very upsetting. The trailer itself was adequate, but it was pretty beat up.

This place was horrible. The person who gave me the vehicle did not speak English well. This place was absolutely horrible. The truck was left dirty and came with items I said I didn't need.

I was not fully informed that I would have to refill the truck as well as the $0.79 a mile. The overall truck experience was way more exspensive than I assumed. Other than that the trip went well.

Not cancel my reservation. Not reschedule my second reservation. Make sure the truck is at the location on my third reservation. Have someone who speaks English and is able to check my truck out. Compensate APPROPRIATELY for terrible service, or in the case lack of service. Basically, do everything opposite.

Out of town and hard to get to from my location. The place is okay but I wouldn’t send a friend past two nice U-Haul locations just to get to this one. By the way extension policy is ridiculous, things happen. I made it to my destination, didn’t need to drive any more but can’t move into my new place until after the weekend. Not sure full price extension per day is reasonable. Renters beware, everything needs to be right on schedule or a daily extension charge will be applied.

Maybe describe the location as “Corner of Gardner and Water Works.” We drove right by it and NOBODY on Gardner has visible street numbers.

This pick up location did not call in advance and confirm my U-Haul pick up. They were very unorganized upon our arrival. The location is in a convenience store, which was very dirty! If I had been by myself, I would have felt unsafe. I do not recommend this location for pickup or drop off! And I might add that this pickup location was not to correct location I had chosen on the uhaul site when I ordered my truck.
