Have the equipment regularly maintained buy some one at U-Hual that knows what they are doing. You don't put 2 different type tires on a trailer and expect it to be ok. Also the tire pressure on all four tires were all different and not close to what they should be.

We had 2 separate 26 ft trucks on order for three weeks, each with a travel trailer. Ordered well in advance. On pickup day three weeks later, after telling us multiple times they'd have the travel trailers ready, neither were there and we had to go the opposite direction to Hendersonville to pick up both trailers. Complete waste of time and extremely poor communication (and lack of communication). Then they only had 1 good 26ft truck because the other 2 they had on property both had significant water leaks and were heavily wet on the inside. So they switched us to a 20 ft, which definitely caused problems for our packing, and she initially charged us the same price as the 26 ft. When I caught the mistake she said it wasn't a mistake because they were the same price. She'd been doing this for over a decade and she thought a one way rental cross state was the same price for a 20 ft and 26 ft? I showed her the price online, basically a $75 dollar difference. Then I had to wait another hour, after waiting several already and wasting time viewing the wet trucks and having to a hour away round trip (twice) to pick up travel trailers she said she had in place for us, because she got out of the system and had to redo the order based on the price correction. The odd part is they were fantastic at drop-off 4 months earlier, but their checkout communication and price was horrendous and severely affected our packing and departure time. They were very nice, but horrible communication and service in the end. Cannot tell you how disappointed we were, especially in the fact they tried to overcharge us for a lesser sized truck. Unreal.
