Stopped to put fuel in the truck and didnt want to run correctly. Pulled over after check engine like came in for about 15 mins. Truck ran a little better, however, check engine light stayed on. Just over all disappointed with the mechanics and driving over 125 miles to my destination. Then to return truck 1 day early and no price reduction.

Service was excellent and friendly. The parking brake would not fully disengage. I was on a hill when I unloaded my belongings and thought it best to use the break. When I pulled the lever to release the brakes, they clearly disengaged but the light on the dashboard and a loud buzzing noise would not turn off. Also, the key provided for the padlock worked, but I couldn't actually open the padlock to use it; probably just stuck.

The owner would not acknowledge the free month for a storage unit. I have called Megan in SC and corporate twice with know resolve. Someone owes me 150.93 as this was not mistake.

I took pictures of the mileage before I left and when I returned. There was 149440 miles when i left and 149445 when I returned. These are the exact milages in my pictures but I was charged for 5.6 miles. Its not a big deal but I would have appreciated the numbers to be accurate. Other than that the service was great.

I had reserved a pick up truck and the next day I was called and told that the pick up truck is no longer available. They told me that I could pick up a truck instead at a location on the other side of town. Knowing that I wouldn't be able to leave work until rush hour and wouldn't be able to make it in time for pick up, I asked if instead I could get a 10 foot truck. This seemed okay and I was told that it would be the same price however, the mileage was going to 79 cents instead of 69 cents. I asked if for the inconvenience, they could match the 69 cents. It was at this point, I was told this was not an inconvenience to me and there was nothing they could do. The person I spoke to, Asia, became very rude and wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence. She was talking over me, yelling at me, and I said do not talk over me, allow me to finish a thought! She went on to tell me not to tell her what to do and that we're not going to change the mileage and that they don't owe me anything. I said "well, actually per your very own guarantee, you owe me $50 dollars as the truck I reserved wasn't available anymore." This did not please Asia. She became even angrier and just hung up on me when I began asking for a manager, a phone number to speak to someone higher than she was (she insisted there wasn't anyone higher than she). I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a girl named Lauren. Lauren was fantastic. She heard my complaints and she was very sympathetic and apologetic to the abuse that I received. Lauren said that I would get the $50 guarantee and the 69 cents a mile! All I would have to do is confirm with my local store. In the mean time, I received a voicemail from Roberta from the local store stating that I would receive the $50 guarantee but they couldn't change the mileage. So, I called back hoping to speak to Roberta. This was 1:12 PM, I was told Roberta wasn't there anymore. So, again speaking to the lovely Asia, I told her about the conversation I had with Lauren. Asia became very mad again and started talking over me once again, continuing her rude and insolent behavior. I began coaching her on how to appropriately speak to customers and told her she needs to work on her customer service skills. She said she didn't need to because she's not in customer service. I said "talking to customers in any capacity is the definition of customer service." She then said I would need to speak to Roberta. I said "I said well when will Roberta be in again?" She said "I don't know." I asked "then how can speak to her again?" Asia literally said "She's on her lunch, I don't know when she'll be back. It'll probably be 3:30." I thought this was odd. I've never heard of companies allowing 2 and half hour lunches, but whatever. At this point, after another moment of battering I received from Asia, she randomly placed me on hold. I disconnected the call and called the 1-800 number yet again. I spoke to a very kind gentleman by the
