the people were new to Uhaul it was just a drop station. They were helpful but it took time to pick up the truck.

This is a remote location there is no live person to assist you with accessing the key from a lock box therefore you will need to contact U-Haul App support directly
Kevin DI showed up to pick up my rental and they had no idea what they were doing. They ended up just giving me the truck but never dispatched it out. This caused a ton of problems when returning it because they didn’t find my reservation in the computer. I was then told it would be free but I was charged even more than what I reserved it as. All around horrible experience and I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Gisele Jpick up/check out took way too long. Reps seemed unfamiliar with computer systems. friendly and professional, but they were lost on the system.
