The closing time was 5pm instead of 6pm posted on U-Haul. My pickup time was 4:30 and I was running behind. I almost missed being able to pickup the trailer. Need a way to verify store hours if they have changed. The store owner did not know I rented the trailer until he checked the computer. Need a way to alert the store when someone has rented a unit. A phone call to verify or a phone alert? If the store would have decided to close early because normal business was slow, customer might miss picking up the unit.
