The rental receipt had charges of furniture pads that I did not order or receive and another charge that doesn’t explain what it’s for. I plan to call your company Monday to have those charges reimbursed or canceled

I booked online and payed for an appliance dolly but was given a utility dolly instead. I was unable to make use of the utility dolly and was not provided a refund for the appliance dolly. I also requested furniture pads at the location and was told that they do not carry any furniture pads.

Would recommend keyless entry where once someone checked in online they would get key code to open door so they didn’t have to go into the actual location.

I had reserved 12 blankets, they had 2. Worst thing was it was at a gas station and there was one person to handle the u-haul and store customers, so U-haul customers had long waits for him to have a piece of time with no store customers so he could provide service tot he U-haul customers.

I will not use u haul again for the fact that they lied. When I set up the contract the lady on the phone said they gave military discounts but could only do it at the end of the time and equipment was turned back in. This was a lie and I will let my other military friends and buddies know this.

I spent 45 minutes on the computer trying to get the reservation straight. I also tried calling and chatting online. I couldn't get anyone to help me. We were considering using UHaul this summer to move to another state but after the difficulty I had booking this trip, I don't think I will.

Personnel inside were very helpful, location was clean. Only recommendation would be to implement signage for where trailers should be dropped off. There were multiple trailers located on-site, so it was relatively easy to find, but if there were less trailers it would be hard to find the right location.

I waited 37 minutes for the contract to be written up and given key to the truck. I was only person at the location picking up at the time. I was told to verify miles and gas level before I drove away to make sure it matched my contract. Poor customer service and when I returned I was asked if I took a photo fuel gage and odometer. Not impressed with customer service took my credit card when I made the reservation and three times when writing the contract. Gave average rating but service was not good this visit.

The dealer at concord shops messed up my reservation. I asked for a one way reservation to drop off at another location as I was moving from concord to Pineville North Carolina. They told me serval times they modified the reservation and changed it to a one way. I trusted them that they made the changes in the system as they ensured me it was taken care of and I did not need to return to concord. When I arrived at another U-Haul location that was not the case and it resulted in hours of waiting to be finally told I had to drive the U-Haul 45 miles back to the original location because no one could do anything for me. To top it off the dealer at concord shops screamed at me, accused me of being to blame for the issue, and told me U-Haul isn’t profitable for him so he doesn’t care that this was an inconvenience to the customer. All he did was credit me the miles to drive back to his store. Needless to say I will never be renting from U-Haul again. I will say that the workers at the Lancaster highway location in Pineville North Carolina were VERY helpful and kind to me when I showed up there and they explained to me how the man at the concord shops location had messed up my order. I wish the concord shops could have shown me the same customer service very disappointing.

My uhaul was moved from one location to this one, and the proper uhaul guy wasn’t even there! The man at the desk completely ignored my reservation, and charged me for a larger truck! He was rude and kept leaving me to make phone called, resulting in me being there for close to a hour! DO NOT GO TO 450 Pitts School Rd!

Train location on mobile pick up. Keys were not in truck, he said I didn’t have a reservation. I had to prove I had already paid. Thankfully I could see the guys computer and could see my name and showed him that was me. He still required me to show my ID. There was nothing fast about getting the truck. He was the only one working so I kept walking away to check people out at register. Truck was great. Did mobile check out. That was great. Went to drop keys off and leave and new guy chased me and brought me back into the store to verify all my paperwork. I told him I did it all on the mobile check out and he still had to verify everything on the computer. This location needs trained with the mobile check in and check out

They did not have the appliance dolly we paid for and never took it off the bill. Plus told us not to worry about putting gas in the truck since there were so many issues but charged us for gas too. Never using them again. Awful service. the truck had empty soda bottles and trash in the back too
